Shipping & returns

Orders ship from our fulfillment center, typically within 1–2 business days. Subscriptions include free priority shipping. You'll receive tracking by email when your order ships.

Subscriptions renew on your chosen cadence (every 30 days by default). You can skip, swap, or cancel anytime before your next billing date from your account — no fees, no phone calls.

You may request a refund within 30 days of delivery. Because supplements are consumable and tamper-sensitive, opened or returned product is not restocked. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Damaged or incorrect shipments are refunded or reshipped at no cost — just contact us with your order number.
